Why do u need my credit card details if it is 30 days free.. Terrible

Wouldnt play anything and I had to erase and reset devices to delete the app.

Cant enter the password via the Apple Remote app when signing in on the AppleTV. After typing in the password it crashes everytime when trying to start the 30-day free period.

Its got great content and the app is great but its missing some seasons, I got it to watch shameless and its missing season 6 when the app is supposed to have everything related to showtime and I dont understand why... Its annoying

This app is very frustrating on Apple TV - gets stuck on sign on screen and never works! This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an app on Apple TV.

Did not work for me. The library is very limited. Mostly old stuff that nobody wants to watch. Sticking with Netflix, HBO and Amazon.

There is no season 6 of shameless and I want to finish it it went off air months ago why isnt on the app

Just updated the app and now it wont let me click on the latest episode of Ray Donovan to watch it.

Thank you for the speedy fix. One suggestion can you please add the option when the episode is over it just automatically jumps to the next. That would be awesome

Laggy , video player is subpar needs to play smoother and have better buffering

The sound in this app is ridiculously bad. It sounds like Im listening with a bucket over my head.

I initially loved this app, and I watched my favorite tv show, shameless on here, as they had seasons 1-6 but right when I was done with season 5 season they took season 5 off. Anyway now I am trying to get a one month free again and I currently have 11.68 in my credits and when I click to pay it says I dont have enough money, but its only 10.99 a month so I know I do.

App often crashes. Also, show series list is a jumbled mess, no order to each show or season. No way to save favorites and annoying to navigate. Also missing son shows from some seasons.

Watched three episodes of penny dreadful. Started the fourth got a few min in and then it quit playing. And now I cant get anything to play.

Whoever made this app needs to see this from the viewers point of view. Cant add favorite shows to my list but only can add episodes? Who watches the same episode again and again? The next episode doesnt automatically play? Why dont you guys try using Netflix app for a while and learn from them.

I downloaded the naruto app and your stupid ad comes every two minutes and it show the same thing if u send me one more ad im suing u try me

You get the impression that the app designers never really use the app. As others have said, you must hit like 5 buttons to watch the next episode of a show. You cant add a show to your favorites, only individual episodes, which defeats the purpose of the favorites list. Ease of use was not on the list of design parameters.

You cannot create a list of movie or tv shows that you want to watch nor can you filter out what you dont want to see. I have two kids and I dont really want them seeing half naked people. I set viewing restrictions but it didnt remove the porn from sight. Im sorry but if you set the restrictions to PG why would you show porn? Oh top of all of this I cant even cancel my subscription because it keeps telling me to do it from iTunes but it not there. Looked online, on the app, AND in the App Store and still cant. Doesnt even have very many good movies anyways. And for them the charge almost the same amount as Netflix is purely insane. They dont even have half the stuff Netfilx or Amazon does. Not worth your time to even download with the headache youll inevitably receive

Unlike HBO, Netflix, etc... you cannot use your phone via HDMI adapter to watch from any tv. You cannot download the app to XBox 1 either, so you basically have to watch it on just your phone, iPad, or you can purchase an Apple TV to watch it. Get with the current times already
